​Our journey began with Kyle, who grew up immersed in the construction industry as the son of a local concrete foundation specialist with over 30 years of experience. Working for the family business, Kyle cultivated strong relationships with local industry leaders and gained firsthand knowledge of the importance of quality and collaboration. These early experiences inspired a deep appreciation for owner-operated subcontractors who, like us, take pride in their work and strive for excellence every day.

​​In 2019, after building our personal home, we realized the immense satisfaction that comes from creating spaces that people love. This sparked the beginning of KCH. Together, we decided to combine Kyle’s 13 years of construction expertise with Ashley’s organizational talents, honed from her own background in a concrete family business. Ashley plays a pivotal role as our operations manager, ensuring every detail behind the scenes runs smoothly.​

​At KCH, we take on the majority of our projects in-house, allowing us greater control over quality and scheduling. This hands-on approach enables us to craft structures that are not only beautiful but built to last a lifetime. Whether it’s custom homes, pole buildings, or deck installations, we pride ourselves on providing tailored services and clear communication throughout every step of the process.

Our story is one of growth—both in business and as a family. Since starting KCH, we’ve been blessed to welcome two wonderful sons, Weston and Grayson. They inspire us daily to uphold the family values that drive everything we do.

We feel incredibly fortunate to blend our love for family with our passion for construction, delivering not just houses but homes where memories are made.
